I took them to another repair shop, which said its impossible to repair them because the metal hinge was broken and soldering it would melt the plastic frame. However, when I took them to Hans Optik, they did a nice and durable repair job for 18$. Im impressed!"

"This place is absolutely amazing.  The staff is wonderful and the products are absolute quality.  Twice now I have bent my glasses and where other shops told me "we are not responsible for any damage while trying to bend these back" (aka there was about a 50/50 chance they would break my glasses)....each time Hans employees have fixed my glasses with ease.  And at no cost.  They really care about both customers and their products.  Will be buying all my eyewear from them moving forward on their customer service alone.  11/10."

"I bought my glasses about five years ago, & theyve been great. Anytime I needed a little adjustment, theyve always taken care of me. Last week my glasses fell on the floor, unbeknownst to me, and I stepped on them. I thought they were ruined, but I brought them in & they were swiftly repaired, no charge. Anyone can sell you glasses, but service makes all the difference. At some point in the year, Ill be buying new frames & Ill return to Hans when I do."
